Community Fundraiser - c£20K - Southampton, Hampshire  Our client, a well known medical charity, seeks a talented Community Fundraiser to join their busy team.  With responsibility for the on-going communication with volunteers, liaising with external events organiser and coordination of key campaigns, you will have excellent communication skills (both written or oral), a keen attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and encourage people from all walks of life.  Previous fundraising and/or voluntary experience is preferred.  Closing date for applications: 6 November

Part Time Fundraiser - c£30K pro rata - 3 days pw, Home Based (Surrey) Our client seeks a part time fundraiser to work from home with occasional attendance of their Reigate offices.  The role will involve managing all income opportunities and you must have proven experience within a donor funding environment.  A solid track record in delivering against challenging funding targets and an understanding of international development and its relevance to grassroots projects work.  This is an international charity, so additional desired experience includes working with people from different cultural and social backgrounds and knowledge of the education sector. Care Centre Manager - £40,000 - Winchester, Hampshire  Our client provides the highest quality care to dependent older people.  They seek a Registered Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of running the home as well as joining the Corporate Management Team contributing to strategic planning.  You will be a qualified RN with a proven track record of managing a nursing home and skills to organise and empower a team to deliver high quality care.  You must also hold the Registered Managers Award or be working towards it, in which case assistance will be provided.  Closing date 27 October

Registered Home Manager - £28,000 + excellent benefits - New Forest, Hampshire    Our client seeks an experienced Manager to head up their Registered Learning Disability Services in accordance with the Care Standards Act 2000.   The post holder will be accountable to the Care Standards Commission for the day-to-day operation of the registered home.  Using your experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities, you will lead the team in the delivery of user centred support and care.  NVQ 4 Management or Registered Manager's Award qualification is desirable (learning and development opportunities including support to undertake NVQs and other qualifications) Closing date for applications: 20 October

Head of Research Development, Innovation & Projects - £37K pa - Oxford  Our client helps children who have complex physical & communication difficulties by identifying ways in which they might communicate, write and have access to education.  They seek an exceptional person to take responsibility for research development, projects and innovation in AT for AAC equipment and software.  You will develop and maintain a portfolio on ongoing projects through seeking & entering into partnerships with national and international organisations to maximise user-centred low & high technology innovative solutions.  Closing date for applications: 14 October

Corporate Fundraiser - c.£26K pa - Winchester  Our client, a children's hospice, seeks an experienced Corporate Fundraiser to initiate, develop and build relationships with companies in Southern England optimising income from Commercial, Corporate Foundations and other philanthropic sources, meeting yearly targets.  Proven background in fundraising essential for this role.   Closing date for applications:  7 October 2009

Chief Executive - £47k pa - Southampton  A housing and community care charity is looking for an exceptional Chief Executive who will raise the standards of care and support by providing leadership and strategic direction and ensure high quality representation, research, consultancy, training and membership is developed in order that the charity concerned influences local and regional policy.  The successful applicant will:  Ensure organisational policy and procedure framework is regularly updated to reflect legislative changes. Promote and market services. Promote equal and diversity in all areas of work and service delivery in accordance with policy and procedures. Actively seek out and acquire information, and disseminate it internally and externally as appropriate. Enable and support the Board of Trustees to fulfil their governance role, imparting appropriate and timely information and advice on all relevant matters.  Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and in order to meet the changing needs of the organisation.  At interview stage

Centre  Manager- circa £35k- Winchester  Energetic Centre Manager needed to manage and run this busy physiotherapy/hydrotherapy centre. The successful candidate will oversee the running and continued development of the charity encompassing governance; strategic planning; personnel and management of the team of staff; finance; income generation and promotion of the charity.   Must have, understanding of charity governance and Legal requirements, medical background or awareness, proven track record of management experience, voluntary sector and fundraising experience, policy making and influencing processes, an understanding of and commitment to equality and diversity.  Closing date for applications: 9 October

National Sponsorship & Fundraising Manager - c£35K + bonus commission - Poole  Our client is a social enterprise which provides community services information for people with learning and physical disabilities as well as their circles of support.  This is a challenging and varied post.  The successful candidate will have extensive fundraising and campaigning experience, with strong leadership and organisational skills.   In addition, the successful applicant will create a standardised structure for our client's open days and country wide events.  Closing date for applications: 11 October

Chief Executive - Up to £50K - Fareham  Our client supports children with cerebral palsy through conductive education.  They seek a senior charity professional with the vision to take the charity to it's next stage in development; from local to regional charity status.  You will have a proven track record in leadership, management and have strong financial acumen.  This position requires a commitment to the work of the charity and an understanding of the principles of conductive education.  At interview stage

Fundraising Manager - Up to £30K - Basingstoke, Hampshire  Our client seeks an enthusiastic and experienced fundraising manager to lead a team of 4 and help develop and implement a fundraising strategy to deliver challenging income targets over the coming years.  Previous fundraising & management experience is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills.  This role would be responsible for a diverse portfolio of income streams and specifically responsible for developing income from Trusts and Foundations and Direct Marketing.  At interview stage
